@galleman @neil_killick Interesting. I use Impact Mapping for connecting value (impact) to the work that produces it.
@neil_killick The IRACIS model is old (Gane and Sarson, 1979), but still useful to define value:
- Increase Revenue (IR)
- Avoid Costs (AC)
- Improve Service (IS)
